Aviation Lawyer - UAE - International Law Firm
A leading international law firm with offices globally are seeking an experienced project and regulatory lawyer with a particular focus on Aviation transactions.
The firm in question has a long standing affiliations with the aviation industry and, due to internal restructuring, are seeking an experience lawyer to join their team in the UAE. This position requires an attorney of excellent standing and calibre due to the profile of the clients they will be working with.
Aviation lawyers need to be comfortable and competent in managing their own case load. You will be reporting directly to the Managing Partner, who are his/her former clients. As such a certain level of expectation is required from the offset.
Individuals will be focused on two main areas within the Aviation industry:
- Project Finance
- Regulatory
Aviation lawyers who are focus on insurance matters WILL NOT be suitable due to the profile of the work that the firms clients provide.
This is a senior level post so track to Of Counsel and Partnership will be discussed and candidates are advised to consider this prior to applying.
The salary will be set a London International level. However the candidate's current circumstances will be taken into account.
Requirements
