Job Description
Prospect and develop small and medium-sized Helium Balloon customers (flower shops, Hotels, gifts shops, Candy shops, Balloon shops) Consuming less than 3 cylinders / month and located within a radius of 50-80 km around Dubai.
• Sale of Balloonium gases
• Delivery of orders obtained for signed customers
• Person would be self-driving the gas taxi and meet clients to make the sales.
• Develop new clients in the market and grow the business.
• Occasional deliveries from "direct" customers on request from the sales department.
• Prioritized visits to key clients
• Inventory management of the Sales Centre
• Helping to improve customer loyalty.
• Management of price increases
• Valuation of the “customers” portfolio, with transfer when this is justified.
• Adherence to the corporate culture
• Respect of the "code of conduct"
Requirements
Experience and Knowledge Required
• Proven experience of minimum 3-6 years in retail / gas / industrial / industrial supplies / FMCG sector
• Ability to sell in a competitive environment
• Strong ability to influence, negotiate and sell
• Ability to manage their function / work independently
• Very good knowledge of the market.
• Independence and attention to detail
• Knows how to anticipate.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Aptitude / Knowledge on social media platforms /IT tools such as MS office and internal software.
