Job description / Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Banking and Finance Lawyer to join our leading law firm in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking and finance law, with a focus on providing legal advice and support to clients in the financial sector.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and to be involved in high-profile transactions in the UAE.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice and support to clients in banking and finance transactions
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of banking and finance agreements and documents
- Conduct legal research and analysis related to banking and finance laws and regulations
- Assist in due diligence processes and risk assessment for banking and finance transactions
- Participate in meetings with clients and provide strategic legal guidance on banking and finance matters
- Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to ensure smooth execution of banking and finance transactions
- Stay updated on the latest developments in banking and finance laws and regulations
Salary:
AED
30,000 to 40,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with a strong background in banking and finance law
- Proven experience in providing legal advice and support to clients in the financial sector
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with the ability to handle complex banking and finance agreements
- Sound understanding of banking and finance laws and regulations in the UAE
- Ability to conduct thorough legal research and analysis related to banking and finance matters
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with international banking and finance practices and standards
About the Company
