Banking & Finance Lawyer NQ-3PQE (Abu Dhabi)

My client, an international law firm, is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced candidate for a new role in their Abu Dhabi banking team.

The Abu Dhabi banking team forms part of a wider UAE and Middle East banking team. The team works across the full spectrum of banking matters. This includes real estate financing, development financing, trade finance, bilateral loans, syndicated loans, Islamic finance. In addition, the team has a particular focus on aviation and ship finance.

Requirements

Please only apply if you meet ALL of the following criteria:

- Common law jurisdiction qualified
- Good experience in general banking and finance (e.g. bilateral, syndicated, project, asset finance and/or Islamic finance), ideally from a Magic Circle or Silver Circle firm.

Fluency is Arabic is preferable but not essential.
