Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading law firm who is looking to hire an additional Banking and Finance Solicitor with c.3 - 6 PQE to join its well-regarded and long established practice in Dubai. The firm has an excellent reputation in the MENA region with an excellent client base. The existing banking and finance team is looking to hire an additional Associate to play a key role in the conduct of a mix banking and finance transactional work.
The role will involve working closely with the Partners, representing clients ranging from financial institutions, corporations and government entities in relation to broad mix of acquisition, real estate, project, leverage and Islamic finance matters.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be a Common Law qualified Solicitor with c. 3 – 6 years, demonstrable banking and finance experience gained at a legal directories recognised law firm, ideally in the UAE, or looking to relocate from the UK, Ireland or Australia.
