Job description / Role
The USA Pavilion is seeking talented Bar Managers with impeccable knowledge of American beverages, demonstrated experience in food matching and excellent beverage knowledge, including the ability deliver a creative drinks menu with broad appeal and American flair.
This is a hands-on role working.
Requirements
As an integral part of the function service team, to be successful in this role you will have experience in busy function environments and demonstrated capabilities in delivering exemplary service in 5-star hospitality environments. Bar Managers will be working in a dynamic environment that will host individuals from around the world, many who will be leaders of industry so the ability to perform well under pressure and offer discrete service is a must.
