Position Title: Bar Manager
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 12K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the client:
A fast-growing food and beverage holding group in the Middle East.
Job Description:
• Manage the business aspects of the bar
• Keep a current and updated license
• Negotiate supplier contracts, manage inventory and reorder supplies
• Hire and train staff to provide excellent service to patrons
• Create effective schedules and quickly resolve conflicts to ensure that bar is well staffed during peak hours
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to CIS, European and South African nationals
• Male, 35 years old and below
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the same role
• Must have an experience with drinks creations and management skills
