Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking strong Barman for an ultra-luxury property based in the Middle East. If you have a passion for service at the highest possible level and enjoy sharing ideas and knowledge with some of the best in the business, then keep reading below!
What will you do?
• Fully aware of the Room Service and menu, and confidently answers questions on menu selections
• Service of food and beverages: arrange table setting, service of welcome drinks as required
• Performs all owner duties with the sense of priority and dedication, serving in a calm, discrete and courteous manner, respecting timing standards.
• Ensure a clean dining area, reception rooms, maintaining cleanliness of work.
• Help monitoring the stock of all items in the residence

Requirements
What will you need?
• 3 Years Diploma Hotel school or certification from a renowned butler school
• Minimum 3 years’ experience at a similar level at a 5 star or full-service hotel
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in F&B Service: high standard Restaurant or Room Service 5-star Hotel.
• Team player with immaculate communication
• Ability to follow instructions from senior members of the team
• Confident to serve food and beverage to VVIP guests and entourage.
• Able to think and act quickly to the fast-changing needs of guests.
• Ability to “read” client needs and adapt accordingly.
• Knowledge of international cuisine
• Motivated and positive attitude
• Good command of English (Spoken & Written)
