Bartender

We are looking for a skilled and friendly Barista / Bartender to join our team at ISMMART
Café. As a Barista/Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality
beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the cafe.

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, cocktails, and specialty drinks, according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Operate coffee and cocktail equipment, such as espresso machines, blenders, and grinders, ensuring proper maintenance and cleanliness.
- Take customer orders, suggest menu items, and provide information about beverages and specials.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, restocking supplies as needed.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and efficient manner, addressing any concerns or special requests.
- Stay updated on coffee and cocktail trends, attending training sessions as required.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between the bar and kitchen

Salary:
AED 2,500 to 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent. Barista or Bartender certification preferred.
- Proficiency in English. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Barista or Bartender in a similar setting.
- Extensive knowledge of coffee preparation methods, cocktail recipes, and beverage presentation.
- Familiarity with different coffee beans, roasting techniques, and coffee art.
- Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
