Beauty Department Manager - Department Stores - Dubai

We are looking for a passionate Department Manager who can lead the Beauty Department team in one of our luxury department stores.

As a Department Manager you will manage a dynamic team whom you will develop in order to achieve highest level of revenue while maintaining brand image and operational compliance and at the same time customer satisfaction.

You would need to identify commercial opportunities by analysing sales / stock reports to give you a good understanding of the current performance trends. You are required to manage and/or support brand events and sales promotions and ensure that they are planned effectively.The ideal candidate for this role will have gained strong retail experience within a managerial role. You will have ideally managed a large team over multiple brands.

You should be passionate and enthusiastic in leading the team towards a common goal. A keen interest in Beauty is preferred and a commercial awareness with the current trends in the market.

The candidate should have excellent communication skills and leads as an example to the team in giving excellent service to Customers.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 3 to 5 years retail experience. You should have excellent communication skills and confidence in dealing with different people from different levels.

You should have good people management experience including motivating, developing and managing poor performer.
