Charterhouse is working with a multinational organisation which has a rare opportunity to join a highly reputable and prestigious brand as Bid Manager, based in Dubai. Our client provides services to the public sector, working with a number of professional service organisations and government clients, and require a self-motivated, strategic sales and marketing professional with in depth experience handling end to end bid/pursuit processes.

This is a challenging role, working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment, as part of a high performing team which offers an excellent company culture and genuine opportunities for development. This role will be responsible for managing the bid process, collaborating with different department heads and stakeholders to provide updates on the bid process and input required, ensuring bid excellence is delivered within the required timeframes. The successful candidate should have strong bid process knowledge across a range of sectors, excellent stakeholder management skills, a strategic mind-set and ability to produce commercially sound sales pitches and clear, compelling content for bids and proposals. In this role you will be required to monitor, analyse and adjust content to ensure that the writing style and tone of voice best reflects the clients requirements, delivering the highest level of quality and success rate.

Requirements

To be considered for this role you should have a degree in business administration or relevant field, a minimum of 3 years’ of Bid/Pursuits Management or Business Development experience working for a multinational organisation within professional services, or a global consultancy. You must have excellent bid and pursuit management experience and track record of producing winning bids. Our client requires an individual who has excellent organizational skills, project management, and attention to detail. In addition, you must be a team player, comfortable working in a collaborative environment and trusted with a high level of autonomy. A native level of fluency in both written and spoken English is required, due to the large amount of writing/proofreading involved.
