Bid Manager / Project Manager – Global Software Vendor – Dubai or Riyadh

Networkers are currently working with a Global Software vendor who is seeking a Bid Manager to join a rapidly growing department.

You will be responsible and the single point of contact for managing all aspects of the pursuit process and project process. The role will involve managing complex pursuit plans and will ensure the project support team is equipped and prepared to meet the needs of the project.

Key responsibilities:
- End to end project management
- Detailed project planning, milestones, deliverables, and timeframes
- Conducting regular team meetings
- Formal progress and status reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Business and technical resource management
- Evaluate project risks, finances, commercial awareness
- Budget planning
- Third party management
- Negotiating

Requirements

- Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business or related field, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of Global IT industry and Outsourcing Services
- Broad technical appreciation of IT infrastructure architecture and services in ITO, Apps and BPO environments
- Sales Support experience as Bid Manager
- Deliver to your commitments / Results orientated
