Bilingual Float Legal Assistant - Dubai - Leading Law Firm

A top law firm is seeking a Bilingual Float Legal Assistant to join their Dubai offices. The firm is looking for a diligent and dedicated individual to join their midst and help support various practice groups and reception when support staff are on annual or sick leave, or when extra assistance is required.

Some of the duties include:
- Audio typing
- Typing, analyzing , amending and proofing documents
- Drafting legal documents
- Conflict checks
- Planning and scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
- Taking and transcribing oral dictation of notes, memos and legal documents

Requirements

- Hold a bachelor’s degree or relevant secretarial qualification
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within a legal firm
- Posses s good written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
- Be proficient using Microsoft applications e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is required
- Have excellent touch typing skills
- Possess good client management skills

It is essential that the candidate MUST be bilingual (English/Arabic).
