Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a well-known and well established international law firm in Dubai who is looking to hire a Billing / Revenue Coordinator. This is a new position for the firm and they can offer genuine progression over the coming years.
The role will primarily involve supporting the fee earners with the billing process. Checking matters on the system, ensuring all details are correct, producing summary sheets, communicating with partners on a daily basis in regards to outstanding invoices and WIP. In this role you will be the only member of finance on the ground. You will report to an external Finance Manager. There are genuine opportunities to grow and take on more responsibility for the Middle East operations.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a previous law firm experience and a clear understanding of the billing process. You must be a confident and clear communicator to work with Partners. Ideally you should have 2 years’ experience and currently residing in the UAE.
