Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Minimum 5 years of knowledge and experience with boat and yacht building.
• Capability in fiberglass hand lay-up with knowledge of infusion and various material
• Must have knowledge in reading drawings and/or engineering.
• Experience in plastic welding, coatings and linings
• Experience in chopper-gun utilization, fabrication of structural parts, stiffening, painting and finishing, as well as, new construction, patch/detail and gel-coating.

Requirements

• Ability to lead a team of fiberglass technicians and welders, and laminators and have in depth involvement in the daily progress and works schedule.
• Should be confident managers/leaders who take pride in a job done efficiently and professionally with the ability to adapt to a changing environment.
• Should be self-motivated, organized, maticulate attention to details.
• Create tooling to produce quality fiberglass production parts
• Must have Certificate and/or Diploma
