Bodyshop Manager

Job description / Role

This opportunity is with a large Automotive Company based in UAE.

As a Bodyshop Manager, you would be responsible ensures the entire Bodyshop operation’s adherence to the company standards, enabling the achievement of departmental targets and objectives.You will provide high standards of customer service with existing and future customers to maintain long-term profitable relationships. You would train, develop and evaluate the team to ensure the quality of their performance. You would be responsible for maintaining the operations’ compliance with health and safety regulations. You would provide consistent reports and updates regarding the Bodyshop operation and performance to the Service General Manager. You would develop and monitor performance and financial reports. You would implement appropriate actions to maintain profitable Bodyshop business operations.

Requirements

To be successful, you will possess at least 6+ years of managerial experience within Automotive. You must have excellent English and Arabic communication skills.
