Job description / Role
Excellent opportunity to manage a worldwide recognized luxury jewellery store in Dubai. Looking for an experienced Boutique Manager, or a Deputy Boutique Manager who is ready to step up to running a luxury boutique.
- Motivate and support Boutique staff in the sales of luxury products according to the marketing plan, offering guidance and assistance as needed to facilitate sales.
- Enhance quality and maintain integrity of the brand image in the boutiques market.
- Manage optimal levels of inventories and stock.
- Provide the highest levels of customer service to support the growth of sales.
- Performance management including: setting, monitoring and tracking sales associate individual targets on a regular and consistent basis, providing feedback as needed.
- Interface with clients as needed to ensure that their needs are being met.
- Manage boutique VIP outreach efforts and coach sales staff in client development/CRM.
- Develop and manage new business development ideas for the boutique.
- Update management through reporting mechanisms.
Requirements
- A minimum of five years prior management experience and background in luxury products is required.
- Ability to motivate, cultivate and develop team as per brand's image.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and problem solving skills are required.
- Experience with PR events and ability to network is required
- Computer proficiency with Word, Excel is required.
- College degree preferred.
