Boutique Manager - Watches & Jewelry

Job description / Role

This role will require a very strong Boutique Manager with a track record in luxury store management, team management and in delivering business targets

This opportunity is with a multinational watches & jewellery business that holds an excellent reputation both globally and in the Middle East.

Reporting to the Business Director, your primary responsibilities will be to:
- Work closely with the senior management team to lead and execute the strategy for the boutique
- Drive all boutique operations to company standards and achieve the boutique's targets
- Develop the capabilities of the team ensuring that you support staff in reaching their full potential
- Maintain and build strong relations with clients in the region

Requirements

- Strong boutique management experience
- Experience in luxury is a must ; watches & jewellery experience is an advantage
- Track record of consistently achieving sales targets
- Track record of managing and leading teams
- Impeccable presentation and communication skills
