Box Office Associate

Job description / Role

Objective: To assist with the ticketing operations of the sales department at a well known Football Stadium.

General Duties
- Filing documents (event/match books)
- Online filing (event/match folders)
- Scanning contracts and other confidential documents
- Assisting the Ticketing manager in maintaining up-to-date records of stadium manifest

Reporting
- Distributing Daily Sales Report
- Generating other reports as and when requested by Ticketing Manager

Box Office Duties
- Responsible for the operations of Box Office on non-match and match days
- Ensure temporary staff are hired, on-time, briefed, and ready for sales
- Reconciling each cashier at the end of the shift
- Responsible for operations of any proposed retail or temporary sales outlets such as universities or malls

Ticket fulfilment
- Assisting in the processing of Customer Orders
- Assisting in the processing of Season Cards
- Issuing tickets as and when requested by Ticketing Manager

Finance
- Creating PRF’s & raising LPO’s
- Cash handling

Customer Service
- Providing exceptional customer service and being able to resolve issues quickly and professionally

Requirements

- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Age- 23- 25
- Male candidates preferred
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Strong IT skills, ability to work with Microsoft Office – especially Excel
- Good with numbers and understanding data
- High attention to detail
- Highly organized with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Able to work to deadlines with a ‘can-do’ attitude
