Branch Cashier - Al Futtaim Automotive - UAE

Due to our rapid growth and future expansion plans, we are building our talent pool of experienced Branch Cashiers who are performance driven, to be based in our showroom across the UAE.

As part of our Automotive Finance team, you will be responsible to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures with major emphasis on billing, processing credit or debit card, cash & bank transactions, collection & posting of PDC, petty cash maintenance, validating cheques, cash controls, approvals and coordination with Finance Department.

The job holder is required to interact with Branch Manager /Business unit Finance Manager, having good knowledge of ERP systems (SAP and Policy / Procedures) is crucial.

This vacancy is specifically looking after all the future/upcoming Branch Cashier roles across the UAE, covering all automotive brands such as Toyota, Lexus, Honda, Hino, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Volvo, Ram, Automall and Al Futtaim Auto Centre (ALAC).

Requirements

To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate should preferably be from an automotive dealership with good knowledge of ERP systems. Having good Accounting knowledge, process oriented, well organized, having the ability to communicate and interact well.

Apart from your previous experience you must have good attention to details and knowledge of SAP would be a strong advantage.

To be successful, you must be commercially aware and knowledgeable of the industry and must have prior experience working within a large database. You should be able to plan and priorities workload with minimum supervisory input, a good team player able to solve problems and resolve issues in a amicable manner, anticipates emerging trends and issues in the books of account and initiate appropriate action.
