Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Managing the branch and the reporting regional branches to maximize new business opportunities and deepen existing relationships, while providing quality in service delivery in an efficient operation that comply with Islamic Sharia requirements, where risks are well controlled.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Business acquisition through typical activities
- Management of service delivery
- Operations and support
- Proactive mentoring and management of all branch staff
- Management of Branches in a specific region allocated for management for profitability and good governance

Requirements

UAE NATIONAL ONLY / Male / Detailed knowledge of Retail Banking products & services / Broad knowledge of Retail Credit & Operational Policies & Procedures /Specific Knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations & risks/General awareness of competitors in the local market

With an increased demand for over the subsequent years for Emiratisation we have broadened our scope to place UAE Nationals into Industry & Government with dedicated teams for Emiratisation into Financial Services and Industry.
