Branch Manager - AF Motors - Toyota - Fujairah

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Branch Manager to work within the Toyota branch network. This role is based within Fujairah and reports directly into the Toyota General Manager. The Branch Manager is primarily responsible for delivering the agreed sales target and objectives as well as the overall oversight and control of the operation at their respective branch, in order to contribute towards the achievement of the overall AFM strategy.

The Branch Manager will create the dealership sales forecasts by estimating total vehicle sales, gross and operating profits as well as expenses for new car sales. You will drive the achievement of the agreed sales and KPIs of the branch and brand which will include ongoing recruitment, performance management, training and development of the team. Customer satisfaction is a high priority for this position and so you will ensure this is maintained through managing customer complaints and implementing standards.

Requirements

You will have demonstrable experience within a managerial role within an automotive dealership and will have sound knowledge of the sales process, F&I, structure, systems and methodology. It is essential that you have previous Auto sales experience and that you have a strong understanding of Fastrack and wing to wing sales process.

You will have the ability to lead and motivate the team with a capability to influence and gain commitment at all organisation levels. You will have strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to develop and train staff for optimum performance. You will be fluent in the English language whilst being an Arabic speaker will be advantageous.
