Job description / Role
We are looking to recruit an experienced Branch Manager to join our growing ALAC team, located in Dubai, UAE.
The main responsibilities of the role are the overall development of a franchise tyre brand in all segments namely PCR, SUV, LTR and TBR in the UAE; to introduce and manage new products of the franchise brand to have an edge over competitor brands; co-ordinating with the principal on stock ordering, negotiation on product pricing, local Marketing activities and product performance testing; the research of product pricing and competition to develop effective branding strategies to drive the brand performance; developing new products as per the UAE tyre market trends in co-ordination with franchise brands R&D departments; achieving and exceeding budgeted sales and gross margin target of tyres in UAE and also achieve the annual principal targets of a franchise brand; to oversee day today tyre sales and visit customers with Sales Executives to develop and strengthen different business channels that include Dealer networks, Government and Fleet customers.
Requirements
- Graduate / Diploma Holder in Automobile.
- Diploma / Degree in Business Management are preferred.
- Fluency in English and knowledge of spoken Arabic preferred.
- 8 10 years sales experience in Auto Industries.
