Branch Manager - Al Futtaim Honda - Abu Dhabi

We are currently looking for a dynamic and results driven Branch Manager to join our Honda team based in Abu Dhabi.

This person will lead a branch to transform it into the local focal point for all Sales Operations to set the example in building relationships, learning customers' needs and matching the product or service to their needs to generate business.

You can expect significant interaction with other departments such as parts, service, customer relations, finance and administration.

Critically, you will need to train and lead your team to excel in sales and customer satisfaction, measure progress and deliver results.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will have at least 5 years’ experience in the automotive industry with ideally at least 3 years of managerial experience within sales.

You will need excellent communication skills and demonstrable sales ability coupled with a proactive, hardworking, motivated approach. We need someone who sets a high, consistent personal example to others and is determined, cheerful and part of the team while leading it.
