What you will be doing

- The Brand & Creative Communications Lead is creative communicator & designer, who will build the Chalhoub Corporate Brand delivering on Brand Identity, Brand Communication and Brand Architecture and hierarchy standards, while creating best-in-class strategic communication & content for the Group's Internal, external and digital communication.
- Contribute to the delivery of the Corporate Brand guidelines: Brand Identity, Brand Architecture and Brand Communication.
- Work closely with the Head of Brand & Creative Communication and be a positive team player to support both Internal and Media relations & Public Affairs Communication, within the Group Communication Strategy (Focus on B2B and B2C as relevant).
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of the Group Communication Strategy and Strategic Content pillars.
- Develop & Design messaging, and narratives around our Group Brand, Business & People priorities, and sustainability initiatives.
- Connect internally to ensure strategic content for core internal communication initiatives and material (e.g. from People & Culture, Brands & Business, Data & Tech, Sustainability).
- Create& Design consistent, compelling Content (video, images, documents, guidelines) across various platforms and mediums including, but not limited to, Website, intranet and social media etc.
- Review written editorial Content, ensuring Brand messaging is engaging, entertaining and aligned with our values.
- Accountable for supporting the development and delivery of region-specific content.
- Design and deliver innovative digital first ideas, leveraging a new mix of collaborators, platforms, and ecosystems to enable delivery of all Group brand communications.

Requirements

- Solid experience as a graphic designer, with evidence of supporting one client end to end either inhouse with an organization or in agency.
- Extensive experience working with videography, Photoshop/indesign, encoder, after effects.
- Comfort in the use of camera including editing & retouch features.
- Understanding of insights including tools such as karma or amplify.
- Experience as a copywriter with demonstrated knowledge of copywriting and its impact on communications.
- Experience in Content Management & exposure to Content Marketing.
- Designing effective Presentations with an emphasis on both content and design.
