Job description / Role
We, at Pharmalink, are seeking to hire a Brand Manager for our team. This is a fantastic time to join the company; you will play a pivotal part in the launch of our products and widening the reach of our brand.
* The Brand Manager will implement brand strategies and create marketing tactics.
* Development & implementation of marketing mix elements
* New & existing product conceptualization
* Lead & drive branding initiatives
* Consumer research to increase brand awareness
* Competitor analysis & stay updated on emerging trends in branding.
* Drive campaigns & take responsibility for marketing plans
* Develop and maintain professional relationships
* Proactive analysis of emerging markets & provide inputs to update marketing strategies for products
* Outline and oversee implementation of promotion activities
* Development of brand advertising plans
* Analyse data to review brand performance
* Compare results with competition
* Interpret results and communicate the outcome in a targeted manner
Requirements
* Holder of Master's degree
* Excellent & effective communication skills
* Prior experience as Brand Specialist/Brand Manager role in pharmaceutical/healthcare/medical industry
* Strong management, creative & analytical skills
* Understanding of marketing, advertising strategies and emerging technologies
* Knowledge of consumer, competitive markets & emerging product concepts
* Attend meetings,product launches and conferences
* Arabic speaking candidates preferred
