Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Adecco is working in partnership with an international beverage client who have an opening in Dubai for an experienced Brand Manager.

The primary responsibilities will be based around managing the commercial brand performance through social media and website design. Creating and applying insights into brand strategy and communicating brand language and direction will be the core focus for the Brand Manager. Understanding the brand P&L will be key also.

Requirements

- Strong Commercial skills gained through hands on Commercial roles
- Experience in roles related to understanding customer and channel dynamics
- Experience in strategy leadership roles in an international environment in Food and Beverage
- Can do website designs, social media, P.O.S material and copywriting and design sampling campaigns/activities.
- Experience of handling P&L accountabilities (e.g. as a customer/key account manager/director)
- Strong management skills gained through hands on line management experience
- Proficiency in English language skills
- Sales / Brand Manager experience
- Experience within one or more companies that have an established reputation for delivering internationally recognised brands.
- Experience in the Spirits and/or overall beverage Industry is a distinct advantage
- Local Hub language(s) knowledge
- Marketing experience within a brand-lead consumer goods organisation is essential.
- Ability to build and maintain strong cross functional relationships within the wider business and strong cross functional project management and delivery.
- Involvement in managing the commercial brand performance and understanding of the brand P&L.
- Experience creating and applying insights into brand strategy and actionable plans and ability to understand and apply research information.
- Ability to act with pace, creatively challenging through true passion for the brands.
- Western educated
