Brand Manager - Cosmetics

Job description / Role

- Plans, develops, and implements brand strategies and marketing programs, understands the marketing strategy and plans of brand owners and adopts and implements these in our market to achieve the required sales and profitability targets.
- Monitors the inventory and places orders.
- Carries out market research and initiates sales promotions as required.
- Manages a team of assigned employees.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably a qualification in Marketing.

4-5 years experience in a Supply Chain Management , Beauty Products which involves strategic marketing, brand management, purchasing, promotions and analytical thinking.

Knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, marketing mix components of product, pricing, placement, promotion, people, physical evidence, process and partnerships.
