Job description / Role
Client is a world recognized airline with huge growth plans and an excellent brand image.
This is a key role for the brand team within Guest Experience – reports to the Head of Guest Experience.
The candidate will need to have experience of managing high profile guest experience branding – you will be responsible for defining the strategy for the first Class customer experience
- Budget management
- Project managing cross functional teams
Requirements
Either experience managing high profile customer brand experiences for airlines or high profile product marketing/customer experience within the high end luxury retail market/exclusive hoteliers
- Degree required
- 7 years work experience, minimum of 5 years in this field - product marketing managers from head offices or general managers from the 5* hotel brands as mentioned above.
