Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Overall responsibility of the brand across all stores in the U.A. E.
- Be the primary point of contact for the Senior Management and the Principal, for all communication with regard to the brand.
- Ensure effectiveness of operations and timely execution of all tasks assigned to the various outlets of the brand.
- Monitor proper merchandising and display of all stores. Ensure all products comply with the hygiene standards, image and quality of the Brand.
- Submit regular reports to the Management on Sales / Performance of the brand, and provide regular feedback and suggestions to enhance sales.
- Update management on competitive activities and provide suggestions on product development, trends in the market etc.
- Maintain updated Customer database, and provide information to management on customer requirements, feedback & complaints.
- Compile weekly / monthly reports on individual Staff / Stores Sales Vs Target achievement. Manage store staff & maintain discipline, show leadership qualities and take initiative.
- Provide new ideas for incremental business, to improve overall performance of the brand.
- Analyzes consumer trends and information, and categories to help identify product categories to enter as future sources of growth.
- Drives consumer understanding and insights that defines prime prospects’ needs, attitudes and values in order for consumers to have stronger and more impactful brand experiences.
- Analyzes market, consumer, and competitive information to support brand management in setting new product pricing and managing price on existing items.
- Analyzes consumer, category, competition, and channel/customer as part of a situation assessment.
- Develops pricing & pack strategies, improved margin mix, trade spending plans and distribution goals in order to develop actionable KPIs. (In consultation with Management)
- Conducts analysis and periodical reviews of the brand, competitive, category, customer and consumer trends to enhance the brand’s equity and marketplace performance.
- Reviews channel and customer-specific point-of-purchase trade plans and provides feedback on consistency with marketing plan.
- Analyzes current performance, trends, market conditions, and other contributing factors to help brand management in recommending base and stretch revenue goals for upcoming year.
- Overall responsibility for all ATL & BTL marketing initiatives of the brand.
- Oversee all maintenance jobs at the retail outlets, in coordination with the retail staff, effectively track and monitor these jobs to closure.
- Identify and suggest new store locations / malls to the Management to expand and enhance the presence of the brand in the region.
- Recommend to management, staff promotions and place of posting, based on staff performance.
- Ensure corrective / disciplinary action is taken against staff, in case any staff violates the prescribed code of conduct, in consultation with the Management.
- Support the HR Department to recruit staff for the respective brand.
- Be the primary point of contact for all stores and back office, for all staff related matters, sales and promotions, plus overall Inventory management.
- Review the staff rotas prepared by the store in-charges and ensure compliance with the approved rotas
- Ensure all trainings organized by the HR Department on Retail industry trends, Customer Service & Selling, soft & hard skills, etc. are attended by all the retail staff.
- Provide feedback with respect to staff performance pre and post trainings to the HR Department to ascertain effectiveness of the training programs, and make changes where required.

- 3 to 4 years experience
