Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Reporting to the Marketing Manager your main responsibilities will be but not limited to:
- Manage the marketing budget for ATL/BTL activities to drive consumer interaction
- Prepare brand plans, budgets, and full calendar activity in line with the business strategy
- Manage consumer insights and competitive analysis to develop action plans and to ensure the brand is in line with the organization strategy
- Localize NPD using packaging, pricing, positioning to ensure consumer uplift
- Manage and work with advertising agencies to support campaigns

Requirements

- A minimum of 3 - 5 years experience, with direct experience within FMCG Food Background
- Experience in analyzing consumer insights and competitive analysis to develop action plans
- Must have Middle East experience
- The candidate will be self sufficient, working in an Autonomous and Entrepreneurial environment
- Degree Educated
