Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

To drive the platform / brand execution plan within the Integrated Commercial Planning process through effective coordination with Channel Category Sales Development & Category Management and leveraging on local consumer, customer insight and communication.

- Ensure successful implementations of consumer / customer promotions and all new product launches
- Guide development of channel execution plans aligned with platform / category priorities
- Manage agencies supporting the marketing / category execution plan in alignment with deliverables
- Develop and deliver category product knowledge & new launch trainings to enhance capabilities of sales teams
- Leverage consumer / customer insight, market dynamics via market research and market visits for input into the program
- Be the commercial lead for all projects in accordance to the New Product Development & Introduction procedures
- Monitor the competitiveness of the portfolio in terms of pricing or trade activities, and customer relevance of value proposition and take appropriate actions
- Recommend and propose the optimum PFME support to drive platform growth and profitability

Requirements

- Bachelor Degree Business - Marketing / Hospitality
- 3- 5 years’ experience in Marketing, B2B or hospitality preferably within F&B industry
- Knowledge with B2B channels, and experience in Marketing or Communication companies
