Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working exclusively with a boutique gourmet organic food brand who are looking to hire a Brand/Sales Manager to join their team. You will oversee the boutique brand and work very closely with the company directors.
Your main responsibilities will be developing the brand in the UAE and ultimately the region, focusing on Modern Trade and HORECA. You will be the face of the brand, the driving vision behind it. You will be involved in the strategic planning, sales, brand development and contract negotiations. You will work with your established network to gain premium placement for the products. You will attend trade events as well as develop and implement the marketing plan. This role has involvement in each and every area of developing the brand in the region, especially on the sales front.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have experience working with a premium or organic or gourmet product in the UAE for at least 2 years. You must have an established network selling and developing brands within Modern Trade or HORECA, preferably both. You are an enthusiastic, outgoing, well-spoken and impeccably presented individual. Additional experience in marketing and brand development is an added advantage. Excellent communication skills and a personable and charismatic nature are essential for this role.
