Job description / Role
We are an American Property Inspection Company based in Dubai and are looking to recruit a Building Inspection Specialist.
It will be your responsibility to:
- Conduct on site building inspections for existing residential, commercial, industrial and institutional buildings;
- Have a good knowledge of the UAE Fire & Life Safety Code, Dubai Municipality Building Code, international construction and building codes, Dubai Green Building Code
- Able to write good technical building inspection reports in English;
- Have a very good command of the English language, verbal and written
Requirements
- Have a very good knowledge of the UAE Fire & Life Safety Code, Dubai Municipality Building Code, international construction and building codes, Dubai Green Building Code
- Good work ethics, professional behavior and independent worker;
- Excellent English communication skills
- A valid UAE driver's license
Minimum 1 year experience in the industry as:
- Building Inspector
- MEP Site Engineer
- Fire Life Safety Site Engineer
- Construction Site Engineer
- Civil/Structural Site Engineer
- Site Architect
