Business Advisor for a Top Advisory Firm

In this position, you will have the chance to advocate for the local, small and middle-sized business community and become a trusted advisor.

The Business Advisor role acts as the intermediary during either the sale or purchase of a business, managing the entire deal process and all parties involved. Our office, in particular, focuses on the main street to lower middle market, helping businesses sized from $150,000 to $100 million in revenue through these transactions each year. For transactions above $5 million, you will be directly involved in the M&A process and drive the deal toward success while working with teams of lawyers, CPAs, auditors, and respected business advisors. As our team grows in size and depth, we need additional business-savvy professionals to continue our mission of supporting businesses in the UAE. We are currently looking for new business advisors based in the UAE.

The small and lower middle business sales market has never been better in the UAE! There are more than 350,000 SMEs available in the UAE, which creates a market of potential commissions for business advisors in hundreds of millions every year!

Requirements

Our ideal candidate
• Has experience in B2B advisory/sales
• Has exposure to the financial industry and reads financial statements well
• Experienced in a part of the M&A process and due diligence
• An unmatched desire to succeed and overcome adversity
• A passion for working in the small and middle-sized business community

Experience
• At least 10 years of experience in a professional business-to-business advisory/sale required
• Four-year bachelor's degree from an accredited business school or equivalent work experience.

Language skills
• Fluency in English is a must
• Arabic or Russian is an advantage

Important note
This is a full-time commission-only role with a pay range up to AED 1 million+ annually.
