Job description / Role
Key Result Areas
• Analyze business requirements and translate into functional and technical specifications.
• This involves coordination with multiple teams like Risk, Business, IT teams and other stakeholders.
• Study and document “AS IS” process and propose “TO BE” process and finalize the same with stakeholders
• Implementation of best practices in converting the user pain points into Digitization opportunities to enhance customer experience and achieve tangible operational benefits.
• Identifying opportunities to extend the existing solutions and tools for quick material benefits & efficiency at no or minimal cost.
• Design and develop applications in compliance to functional specifications
• Provide lead support during testing, implementation and training sprints
• Coordination with development team for resolution and closure of issues
• Build stakeholder connects.
• Strong Business Analyst skills
• Strong functional knowledge of Credit Administration and Operations areas in Banking industry
• Knowledge in handling Digital projects/process
Requirements
Subject knowledge:
• Strong domain knowledge in Credit Administration (Limit management, Documentation,
• Covenant Tracking etc.) and Operations domains in Banking industry
• Handled three or more large initiatives involving technologies like RPA, BPM/ CRM, OCR ,
• AI/ML technologies in Credit Admin and Operations areas in Banking.
• Good Communication Skills
• Good Team Player
• Ability to handle stakeholders
