Business Analyst for Network Ops Opex (12-Month Contract)Our airline client is looking for a Business Analyst for Network Ops Opex, with domain knowledge on crewing, and with operations research experience. The jobholder is expected to be able to recommend solutions fit for the airline by identifying the business needs, gathering and analyzing business and functional requirements, and translating them into solution definition document.
The Business Analyst will be a domain expert for the assigned business area and will provide consulting service to the customers and to the IT project teams. He will have to provide all assistance to the Project Managers/project teams on application support, impact analysis, functional requirement documentations, and user acceptance testing, as assigned.
Requirements
The jobholder should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Analysis roles with onsite experience, and with proven track record in Business Analysis, Requirements Gathering and Domain Knowledge on crewing. The BA must be good with requirements elicitation, requirements documentations, Use Cases, Process Maps, Screen Mechanics, etc.
He should have experience in managing end to end SDLC, product or project implementation, presales support experience including demonstrations, tender responses, etc. He should have the ability to transform business information to IT and vice versa and ability to recommend product to solution fit for customer
