Job description / Role
• Responsible for all on site by conducting viewings of vacant space, selling the space, explaining the letting terms and maximizing other added valued service
• Shows around Business Center offices to prospective clients
• Updates all online marketing campaigns, updating and maintenance of database
Salary:
AED
4,000 to 5,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: commission
Requirements
• Open to Indian nationals
• Male/Female, 45 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree or in any related field
• At least 2 years of experience in the same role
• Must be familiar with telecoms terminology, unique selling points (USPs), sales process and pricing and the ability to communicate this to potential customers
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
