Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Act as a real business partner and fact based challenger
- Support sales (e.g. sales case financial evaluation), project delivery, supply and other functions in Country specific financial matters
- Drive profitability, cost efficiency, working capital, cash flow and ensure that all deviations are analyzed and addressed
- Responsibility for the project controlling activities (jointly with PI)
- Secure accurate and timely reporting according to Group policies
- Coordinate financial planning process within the Country, focus on looking forward instead of backward
- Coordinate risk management actions within the Country
- Secure cash management in the Country in co-op with Corporate Treasury
- Monitor FX risk, customer risk, supplier risk in the Country, local hedging in regulated countries and related back office duties
- Ensuring the compliance with the local transfer pricing regulation in accordance with Corporate Tax instructions
- Day to day tax planning (depreciations, utilization of tax losses) based on instructions from Corporate Tax and in co-ordination with Global SSC
- Processing the monthly VAT and other local tax filings in coordination with Global SSC, if separately assigned
- Coordinating the local statutory and tax audit
- Final responsibility for correctness of P&L and Balance of legal entities in the Country (final signature)
- Providing expertise on local regulations to SSC and supporting SSC by acting as a key contact point with issues in local language
