Business Developer up to 6K AED for a Talent Management Firm in Dubai
• POSITION: Business Developer
• SALARY 6,000 AED full package depending on experience and qualifications
• HIRING COMPANY: Talent Management Firm
• LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately (max 1 month)
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Administer all production process and monitor all projects from conceptualization to implementation and manage all production budgets for various events
• To select appropriate vendors, suppliers and models/talents for all events and to hire and administer all on-site staff and production crew and prepare all client presentations prior to all events
• Prepare plans for all aspects of events and implementation for the same and ensure compliance with all local and state safety regulations and prepare an appropriate budget for all events
• Coordinate with clients and negotiate in all prices for events and to make appropriate hiring for all staff and maintain a record of all expenses
• Design various event proposals for all client briefings and coordinate with board members to administer all events
• Prepare all budgets and sponsorship activities for all events
• To set up the venue and finalize all logistics for events
Requirements
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to any nationality
• Female/Male, 35 years old and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor's degree in the relevant field
• At least 2 years UAE experience in Fashion/Events/Media industry as Sales, Model Booker, or Business Developer role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong negotiations and presentation skills
• Can deal with multicultural clients
• Proven leadership and management skills
• Has a background in budgeting and event planning
