Job description / Role
My client prides themselves on delivering exceptional solutions to their clients, helping them establish and grow their businesses in the UAE. Due to expansion, they are looking for Dubai based Business Development Executives to join them and expand their client base.
Responsibilities:
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to generate leads and convert them into clients.
• Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential target industries and clients.
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve business growth targets.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Staying updated with industry trends and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
Salary:
AED
10,000 to 15,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience working in industries such as Business Setup, Real Estate or Hospitality would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Proven track record in business development, sales, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong networking abilities and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Knowledge of the UAE market
