We are looking for a talented and highly organized Business Development and Content Strategist, who will be responsible for forging effective relationships with healthcare, hotels, sports clubs, corporate and Influencers in UAE.

• proven strategies and experience to attract clients successfully and the ability to negotiate to close business deals swiftly
• strong experience with digital culture, and knowledge of trends and innovation in the digital ecosystem (Social Media/Media/Advertising/Digital)
• You are crazy passionate about all- creative things, but still, you create a content marketing from a holistic perspective. You get that when video, audio, images, and text-based content are done right, they can work together to drive an avalanche of inbound traffic, leads, and sales.
• You are a real team player and relish a collaborative environment. You'll be working with other channel managers to help leverage social, search, email, and other traffic sources to highlight our work and missions around here.
• Your role will be to conceptualize designs, produce creative content and play well on social media platform by applying great marketing strategies. You'll work as a unique hero where act as a content creator, business development, social media specialist, and PR to inform, educate and inspire our potential customers and community about the work we do.
• You will be researching and staying up to date on the latest developments in terms of search engine optimization, content trends
• Ensuring consistency across all content, from websites to social media channels and videos
• You will maintain a calendar of project deadlines and content launch dates and overseeing the development and launch of new content channels
• Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal settings
• A natural hustler who wants the opportunity to work for a fast-growing startup focused on the hottest marketing space of recent times
• An activator who is impatient and keen to take action, decisive and courageous

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Arabic is a bonus.
• Very creative mind and someone who can think outside of the box.
• Good analytical abilities to spot patterns and trends in content marketing data
• Content monetization and editorial competency skills are must
• Driving license is a necessity.
• Min 2 years experience in Healthcare sector / Media in UAE is a bonus
