Business Development Associate

Charterhouse is working with a reputable asset management firm which has a global presence and over 25 years expertise in the market. Our client is now looking to increase their headcount due to growth and are seeking a self-motivated Business Development Associate to join their team in Dubai.

The Business Development Associate will be required to support the account management team by proactively sourcing and securing meetings with prospective partners, to generate new business and distribution opportunities across the firm’s core business areas.

This role will be involved in driving and generating leads with new and existing clients by presenting comprehensive solutions that support their investment goals. In addition, the Associate will also develop a strong understanding of the existing market and identify new ways to reach clients, and maintain relationships by offering strategic solutions and business opportunities.

This is an excellent opportunity for a target driven individual who is passionate about building client relationships and new business opportunities with exposure to multiple sectors. This role will offer a full training program, excellent commission scheme and long-term progression opportunities.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate should possess a minimum of two years’ experience in Business Development, ideally within the UAE. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar field such as wealth management.

Our client is looking for a professional candidate who can work well under pressure and is well-presented. The candidate should also possess excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
