They are seeking an experienced professional who is fluent in Chinese and possesses a deep understanding of the Chinese business landscape.
Responsibilities:
• Provide expert advice on business setup procedures and regulations, with a focus on the Chinese market.
• Guide clients through the entire business setup process, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and challenges in the Chinese market.
• Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies on behalf of clients.
• Prepare and review legal documents related to business setup.
Requirements
• Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is essential.
• Proven experience as a Business Setup Consultant or in a similar sales role.
• Knowledge of business regulations and procedures in China.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
