Business Development Director - Advertising/Media, 15,000-20,000AED

Our client, a leading provider for Business Solutions throughout the GCC region, is seeking to enhance their Advertising and Media presence in the UAE, through the hiring of a Director of Business Development. This person would be responsible for all sales and marketing activities of the agency and implementation of the business development plan & execution , which includes: prospecting, lead generation and qualification, presentation development and follow-up.

Key responsibilities:
- Establishing new business relationships
- Identifies decision makers at the major accounts
- Develops and implements plans for new business prospects
- Planning and preparing presentations
- Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
- Overseeing the development of marketing literature
- Writing reports & providing management with feedback
- Sustains the growth of company's business
- Heading up expansion into new markets.
- Creates opportunities to pitch ffor new accounts.
- Drive peak performance and sales success across the organization
- Create, negotiate and close commercial agreements

Requirements

- Indepth knowledge of Marketing ( online & Offline )
- Understands the business and marketing challenges of key prospects.
- Experience creating strategic plans for brands
- Meeting project deadlines
- Networking and negotiating
- An MBA degree would be an advantage
- Local UAE/GCC experience is a must
- Experience in Business Development/Advertising/Marketing.
- Fluent in English, Arabic would be a plus
- Advertising/Media agency background is essential
- UAE driving license
