As part of its continued success and expansion, Ritz Search is looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive who wants to further develop their career.

The successful incumbent will be responsible for generating & establishing a relationship with new clients across the Engineering & Construction industry within GCC.

An all-rounded role that entails client acquisition, on-going business development, candidate attraction and relationship management.

Requirements

- Pro-actively generating leads and establishing a solid network across the Engineering & Construction industry.
- Calling, arranging and attending meetings with prospective clients in the region.
- Negotiating contracts and closing agreements with clients.
- Qualifying client requisitions by interacting with all the stakeholders.
- Implementing a diverse range of talent acquisition and candidate attraction strategies catered to client requisitions, these include direct headhunting & executive search, job advertising and database scanning
- Conducting on-going market research and mapping across the Engineering & Construction industry to identify prospective clients and remain up-to-date with market developments.
- Retaining existing clients by providing an efficient and effective service at all times and developing a closer working relationship to gain trust and confidence to promote business.
- Track record of high personal billings or consistently achieving targets.
- Managing specific Key Accounts, with the ability to score a number of 'quick wins' shortly after joining.
- Network to identify new business opportunities through utilizing your market experience.
- Active Client facing and target driven role.
- Communicate business pipeline to Managing Director and Recruitment Manager.
- Track record of building and managing relevant and successful client / candidate relationships.
- Remaining up-to-date with trends and techniques in recruitment and executive search
- Undergoing monthly reviews and quarterly Appraisals.
- Meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- Genuine leadership skills with ability and desire to take on a bigger role in the future.
