Business Development Executive - British Recruitment & Headhunting Company

First Resort Global Recruitment is a global leading Executive level Recruitment company who specialise in placing management level professionals in jobs in the Middle East.

We have been established for almost 10 years and are an expanding company with an office in Dubai with 40 staff and expanding. We are the Middle Eastern arm of a huge British Recruitment company and run a professional and fun office covering the GCC region. We work with global leading companies and we are looking for a positive, bright and passionate person to join our team as an International Business Development Executive. You will be working with a proactive team who will help with your success and development, so you can gain great and fun experience.

It is a very fast paced role where you will be very busy, so being organized, with excellent computer skills and a positive, happy and fun attitude will be essential.

We aim for our team to be young, fun, focused, upbeat, determined and hard working. A positive, motivated and happy attitude is absolutely essential.

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:
- Working closely with the Business Development Manager to learn the skills required for good Sales and GCC BD
- Achieving set targets
- Calling candidates and asking them to reply to emails for live job vacancies
- Increase the Company's presence within the Middle East region
- Maintain First Resort Recruitment’s position as a professional, reputable and leading executive recruitment company
- To identify, contact and develop relationships with potential new clients
- Development of strategic relationships
- Generate new and relevant leads
- Deliver excellent customer satisfaction
- Negotiate with clients to secure new business
- Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding personal performance
- To achieve personal targets & objectives for new business & activity
- Networking with new contacts to develop and build on relationships
- Demonstrating strong client relationship development activity
- Lead generation, referencing, chasing missed deals and gathering market information
- Booking in meetings for the BDM and company GM after identifying hot leads
- Working closely with the team on targeted projects

- Results oriented – for achievement of individual Sales Targets
- New customer development
- Remaining professional and achieve high quantity of calls at a high quality level
- Middle East region market penetration and development
- Learning all skills required to be successful in this position

Requirements

The role would suit someone who has good initial experience within Business to Business Sales and Negotiating/ Telesales. You will work closely with the Business Development Manager to bring on new clients by using your excellent sales & business development skills that would be developed during your time with us.

Candidates must be computer literate, with strong Outlook & Excel skills, strong and clear English speaking skills, have a very good telephone manner and have a hunger to learn and grow in your career… and to genuinely LOVE sales!
