Job description / Role
On behalf of our client, a well established Trading Company, we are looking to recruit a Business Development Executive for their Dubai office. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for managing accounts and to meet or exceed targets relating to revenue growth, activities, profit margins, service sales, customer relations and customer acquisition.
Your responsibilities will also include (but are not limited to):
- Researching market trends
- Making cold calls
- Identifying new leads
- Promoting products
- Performing follow up duties
- Client visits
Requirements
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience and must have been in a similar position in sales for the Office Supplies industry with experience in dealing with purchasers in Corporate Environments. You hold a University degree in Commerce or a BBA / equivalent. You have excellent communication skills in English, Arabic would be preferable and you hold a valid UAE driving license.
The role is based in Dubai but will involve travel to the 7 emirates to meet and source new clients. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual who is a proven self starter with the ability to find and retain new and existing customers.
