Employment: Full Time

The business development executive will focus on sourcing clients, lead generation, and prospect management. The business development executive will be responsible to research client business referrals, network, and web leads; provide prospective clients with all services offered and additional presentations as needed, and work with clients to create solutions for their needs and consult throughout the sales process. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.

Responsibilities

• Familiarizing yourself with the recruitment services and other services offered by our company.
• Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts
• Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and through web leads
• Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
• Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
• Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
• Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
• Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets
• Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients
• Collaborating with management on sales goals
• Support the team with other responsibilities as required

Requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or similar field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development or similar role
• Solid experience in B2B sales, cold calling, tele sales and business development.
• Great networking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Excellent multitasking skills
• Ability to sell value and create credibility
• Enthusiastic to build good relationships with people
• Ability to present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences
