Employment: Full Time

Objectives:

A business development executive is responsible for developing growth in the company through increased sales and customer acquisition. The job duties as a business development executive are to generate sales leads, contact potential clients, and nurture existing customer relationships. You also promote products and services, represent the company at networking events and conferences, participate in events and meetings with key clients, conduct online research via social media platforms to discover leads and new target markets, and help plan and oversee marketing and advertising initiatives. This position requires excellent sales, management, and interpersonal skills.

Main responsibilities:

• Self-motivated Personality who enjoys helping properties owners get the most profit of their asset and building relationships.
• Hardworking and positive attitude is your middle name.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong sales mentality, and negotiation ability.
• Fluent in English. Added languages are an advantage – French, Russian, Chinese, Italian….. etc
• hold a valid UAE driver's license and a car.
• RERA certified preferred but not mandatory.
• Must START IMMEDIATELY.
• Self –disciplined, with excellent time management skills, and flexible in order to achieve results
• Respond to new leads in a timely manner and maintain consistent follow-up to convert into appointments.
• Reporting the leads and appointments results to management and develop the opportunity.
• Acquire thorough knowledge of off-plan developments and secondary market in Dubai.
• Build strong relationship with real-estate stake holders.
• Prospect potential clients looking to convert their property to holiday home.
• Acquire, List, and Showcase secondary sale properties in Dubai.
• Negotiating offers and contract negotiation.
• Maintain regular contact with all clients.
• Be well informed of the Real Estate market trends.

Reporting to: CEO
Number required: 1
Duration: Full time
Desired start date: Immediately
Probation: 3 Months
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 to 6:00
Commission / Bonus: Commission per property unit
Other Benefits: Health insurance
Gross monthly base salary: 5000

Salary:
AED 5000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Commission per property unit

Requirements

• Nature and length of previous experience: Minimum 2 years experience in holiday home market.
• Specialist knowledge: Good knowledge about the real estate and holiday homes with good Dubai market network.
• Soft Skills and Personality traits: interpersonal and sales skills, contract negotiation.
• Language Fluency: English, Arabic, Russian, French, German, etc
• Current Location: UAE
